The Public is advised Northampton Housing Authority has made the following draft document proposals available for public review and inspection:
Annual Plan
- Proposed Fiscal Year 2027 Annual PHA Plan
- Attachment #1 – Summary of HUD Financial Resources
- Attachment #2 – FY2026 Payment Standards, Utilities and Flat Rents
- Attachment #3 – Progress Report for Annual Plan
- Attachment #4 – FY2026-2030 Capital Fund 5 Year Action Plan
Five Year Plan
- Proposed 5 year PHA Plan
- Attachment #1 – Progress Report for 5 Year Plan
The changes to the plans consist of minor amendments proposed as a result of regulatory changes made or authorized by HUD. As the NHA makes changes to the draft plans as a result of recommendations from groups such as the Resident Advisory Board, and other written comment, those changes will be added as supplementary to the copy of the plans available for review.
NHA will hold a Public Hearing to discuss the draft plans and proposed policy revisions on Monday, April 27, 2026 at 5:30PM.
