Affordable Housing Opportunity: Three two bedroom apartments and two one bedroom apartments available for rent in the newly constructed Cottage Street Commons, 49 Cottage Street, Easthampton MA. Utilities are not included.  One bedroom units are $1,595.00 per month with a $167.00 monthly utility allowance, and two bedroom units are $1,794.00 per month with a $215.00 monthly utility allowance.  Income eligibility, as defined by HUD pursuant to section 3 of the 42 U.S.C. 1437 (the Housing Act of 1937), is as follows:
