The Proposed <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Annual Plan is comprised of the following elements:<\/span><\/p>\n<p>1. Proposed Capital Improvement Plan (5-year)<br \/>\n2. Proposed Maintenance and Repair Plan<br \/>\n3. Current Operating Budget<br \/>\n4. Responses to the Performance Management Review (PMR) findings<br \/>\n5. List of housing authority policies<br \/>\n6. List of waivers from governing regulations of the Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD)<br \/>\n7. The Authority shall consider the <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">concerns of any Local Tenants\u2019 Organization (LTO)\u00a0 <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">regarding needs and priorities and incorporate some or all of such needs and priorities in <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">the draft plan if deemed by the Authority to be consistent with sound management.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><br role=\"presentation\" \/><br \/>\n<span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Substantive comments will be summarized and included in the Annual Plan when it is <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">submitted to the Executive Office Housing and Livable Communities\u00a0 (EOHLC).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">o<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Copies of the Annual Plan are available at the Authority\u2019s office or may be reviewed <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">online at: <a href=\"https:\/\/publichousingfacilityreview.mass.gov\/public?ap=205\">https:\/\/publichousingfacilityreview.mass.gov\/public?ap=205<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">o<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Comments may be submitted orally at the hearing, by emailing the housing authority <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">office, or by submitting written comments at the housing authority office.
