The briefing must occur prior to issuance of the voucher to the family. When applicants reach the top of the waiting list, they are scheduled to attend a briefing. New section 8 landlords are also encouraged to attend a briefing and encouraged to review the documents below.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a
